Kunshan Blutech Machining Co.,Ltd has started its production on 2006 with its initial solid drilled hot press platen manufacturing capacity with only 2 m width and 6 m length.Since 2010 in order to finish the order from Finland world biggest plywood hot press maker-Raute and Italian biggest laminating hot press maker-SCM Group we introduced 2 m by 4 m CNC grinder and 2 m by 4 m CNC machining center,one set big 2.5 m one side deep hole drilling machine,this has made us the one of the biggest capacity and best quality hot platen manufacturer in China.On 2016 we continuously enlarged our machining capacity and have introduced one 5m by 10 m CNC center; one 4m by 8m CNC grinder,one side 3.5 m CNC gun drilling machine,one 3.5m by 16 m planer miller and grinder,which has made us in house production for the maximum one piece hot platen size up to 3.5 meter width and 16 meter length and single piece weight up to 40 tons.So we can not only produce the high precise CNC machined small size heated and cooling solid drilled hot platens to PCB(printed circiut board),CCL(copper clad laminate) ,but also the big size and length heavy duty platens to continuous hot press and rubber conveyor belt press .
In order to catch up the customer's demand for press frame components,bolster table,side columns and other machining components, we have expanded usd into weldment strcuture manufacturing.In order to be convenient to transport,we have re-design the one piece frame to bolted frame components,which has made the passible to decrease their transport cost.And now we can handle maximum one piece weight 100 tons press tables and press frame components
On 2010 we started manufacturing and providing our customer single action hydraulic cylinders for their plywood hot press with 260/320/350/360/380 mm diameter for 500ton cold press and 400mm diameter for 50 daylights plywood hot press and 650mm diamater hydraulic cylinder for rubbers moulding press in our Changzhou manufacturing facility.Later we also started producing the hydraulic cylinders for short cycle laminating press and HPL(high pressure laminates)/PB(Partical board)/MDF/OSB hot presses.Now We can handle maximum piston diameter 1.5m and single piece weight 100 tons hydraulic both single and double action cylinder machining and assembly
